Business briefs: Lockheed wins NASA contract for Mars probe
Lockheed Martin Corp., the worlds largest defense company, won a $485 million contract from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to design, build and operate a spacecraft to probe the atmosphere of Mars. The spacecraft will analyze the upper atmosphere and past climate change on Mars, Bethesda, Md.-based Lockheed said in a statement Thursday.

Reliance Money, part of the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, announced that it has obtained approval from the Ministry of Consumer Affairs for acquiring 10% stake in the National Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (NMCE). The announced was made by Sudip Bandyopadhyay, Director and CEO, Reliance Money.
