What I am certainly violates several laws. Brokers serve local customers. Brokers in New Zealand are there to serve their customers Kiwi. nonresident aliens can find brokers their countries of origin. I'm sure they just want better access to a market of particular interest to you. But people do this kind of thing to launder money and hide assets. Therefore it is not allowed.
