b. Closed-end companies: In these, the security holder does not have the right of redemption, and continuous offerings of their shares are not made. Open-end and closed-end management companies may also be classified as: 1.Diversified companies: These must have at least 75 per cent of their assets in diversified securities. With respect to this 75 per cent, no more than 5 per cent may be invested in more than 10 per cent of the outstanding voting securities of any one company.
